Every employee in an organization faces ethical dilemma at some or the other point while carrying out their duties (Dion 2012). Ethical conduct involves following certain practices, which the organization implements and also follow certain moral principles that people learn from teachings and experiences (Arnold et al. 2010). In one of my previous workplace I worked under a supervisor who used to take the whole credit for the good performance of the members. We found it right as it was team efforts, but there were some situations when there were some mistakes done by my colleagues and the supervisor did not take the ownership of the same.
