Who are Millennial?? Are they lazy, technology addicted, narcissist or they are people who are creative, out of the box thinkers, independent and woke. Out of these good and bad adjectives which one suited them best to Millennial? The generation Y or the people who reach young adulthood in the 21st century are known to be Millennial. The Millennial is generally used in a negative tone, but before deciding, it is important to understand what it really means to be a millennial (DeChane, 2014).

Millennial Good or Bad

“Are you Millennial?” when this question is asked from people then, there are many people who are not aware of the term Millennial, and when they hear it, they refer it to terms like ‘Superhero’ or an ‘individual.’ If a person is in between the ages of 13 to 30 years, it falls in the category of Millennial because they are the people who show courage to take a step away from the strict path. Millennial is also referred to as generation Y or Echo Boomers. They are known to Millennial, not because of their attitude or some hipster identity, but the way they are brought up. They live a life that is totally dependent on technology, know about the internet and social media like their home country (Gilbert, 2011). They are aware of their rights and have ambitious goals. If they are so good, then why elders take them negatively, the reason is their laid back nature. They are lazy in taking decisions, especially what to do after college. They take education seriously and considered to be the most educated generation ever. They don’t want the old fashioned way of taking a stable job, raise a family, and retire. In fact, they want to explore the other ways to success for which they have thoughts, courage, and power (Myers & Sadaghiani, 2010).
